Foundry free scan

See exactly where your Claude sessions waste tokens — at no cost.

Foundry does not read your code, your prompts, or your conversation with Claude. The scan runs locally on your machine, counts tool-call patterns, and surfaces a waste profile — nothing leaves your environment except the anonymized summary you choose to share.

Version v0.1

What this scan does

The Foundry free scan runs `scan_waste_profile` — a local analysis tool that examines your Claude Code session patterns and reports where token usage is higher than necessary. It looks at tool-call counts, prompt structure, and repetition patterns. It does not read the content of your prompts, your source code, your responses from Claude, or any file content on your filesystem.

What runs locally and what is stored

The scan executes entirely on your machine through the Foundry MCP server. When the scan completes, the following are stored on Foundry's servers: your email address (used to identify your account and allow you to recover it on reinstall), and a record of your consent: the four responses below, the exact text of this notice, and a timestamp.

Nothing else is recorded. Your prompts, your Claude conversation, your source code, and your filesystem contents are not collected, transmitted, or stored. If you opt in to benchmark contribution (item 4 below), only anonymized, aggregated statistics derived from your scan results are included — no raw data, no personally identifiable information.

What "local scan access" means

By granting local scan access, you authorize Foundry to call `scan_waste_profile` without a paid license. Foundry reads the tool-call metadata your Claude Code session produces — counts, names, and timing — to generate your waste profile. It does not access, read, or transmit your file system, environment variables, secrets, or prompt text.

Withdrawing consent

You may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing privacy@digitalinventorygroup.com. Withdrawal stops future scans. Records required for account identity and legal compliance are retained per the Foundry Privacy Policy.

Used to identify your account. You can recover the same account on any machine by entering this address again. We will not send marketing email without your separate permission.
